Delaware Technical Community College, Owens Campus held a Caribbean Luncheon Feb. 11 in the Lighthouse Cove dining hall. The event was a part of Delaware Tech’s Black History Month celebrations. Students who received a voucher had a special jerk chicken lunch, while testing their knowledge with a game of Black History Month trivia.
