Meet the Staff
I enjoy fighting games, comic books, and love anything from the amazing world of Japan from Godzilla Kamen Rider and Anime. After I graduate I hope to work in local news stuff and if I land a job as a weather man it is the perfect inside joke cause my brother and sister are Rayne and Misty, so I’ll just make fun of them cause why not?
Hello everyone! I am 19 years old and from Salisbury, Maryland. I graduated from Delmar High School in 2018, and this is my fourth semester at Delaware Tech. I am in the communications program in hopes of becoming a sports broadcaster. In my free time, I love watching baseball and football, hanging out with my friends, and singing and listening to country music! I can't wait to write for The Wire!
I’m 20 years old and I’m from and currently live in Wilmington. I commute to Georgetown in order to be a part of the Communications major. This is my fourth and last full semester at Delaware Tech, and I plan to go on to a four year college to get my bachelor’s degree when I graduate. My dream job would be to become a director, but any job involving television, radio, film or theater is what I’m interested in pursuing.
While I was originally born in Newark, I currently reside in Lewes, Delaware. I am on my fourth year of my two year degree. It's slow going, but progress is being made. I'm fascinated by all aspects of communications, but my dream career is that of a voice over actress. It is my goal in life to be able to bring characters to life on the big screen. A radio personality would be a close second.
Hello, I am 22 years old and this is my third semester of Communications at Delaware Tech. I chose communications as my major because I enjoy working with other people on creative ideas and projects. I grew up in South Africa but was born in the United States and have lived in Delaware before.
My name is Bailey McCausland and the second C is always capitalized. I grew up in Sussex County and graduated from Sussex Central High School in 2017. I went to the University of Delaware for two years and studied fine art and communications. Life happened and now this will be my second semester at Delaware Tech. Many things have changed but the only thing to stay the same is my goal of being in film production.
Hello! I love traveling, adventures, music, and cows. I’m a pretty happy person that loves (almost) everyone. My life goal is to become a professional photographer and one day have my own photography studio and travel the world taking photos.
This is my second semester at DTCC. I plan to transfer to USC after earning my associates and eventually start working towards a future position as a marketing manager. I’m not originally from Delaware since I come from a military family, so I've been in and out of the country my whole life. I reside in the Newark/Wilmington area, so I commute every other day between Stanton and Georgetown. I’m both an extrovert and an introvert depending on how I'm feeling, but hoping that taking this class will encourage me to get out of my comfort zone and be more open to meeting new people.
Hey! I’m 19 and this is my fourth semester at Delaware Tech. Before college, I studied digital media at a trade school for four years and ultimately decided it was my dream career. I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware but I moved to “Slower Lower” about a year ago to continue my education. My passion is video production, whether I’m on camera or behind the scenes editing. I can’t wait to expand my life after graduation and see where my knowledge and training in communications will take me.
