27th Annual Lewes Polar Bear Plunge

Thousands of brave plungers took a chilly dip into the Atlantic Ocean on Sunday, Feb. 4 as part of the 27th Annual Lewes Polar Bear Plunge. This event is an annual fundraiser for Special Olympics Delaware. A total of 3,228 participants jumped into the water in Rehoboth Beach and raised more than $875,000.
